Kay's Irish Soda Bread

This is a fast and easy recipe I got from my friend Kay. It is really good with Swedish Lingon Berries. Also, it is good toasted the next day, if there is any left over.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 T. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 Cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Whisk together the first 4 ingredients.
Add raisins and buttermilk.
Kneed slightly, bake in a greased cake pan.
Cool on rack 20 minutes
