Huckleberry Sauce

Our Huckleberries are picked each summer in the near by mountains. Great on pancakes, ice cream and cheese cake.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Huckleberries
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1 T. Corn Starch
- 1 T. Lemon Juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and cook on medium high, stirring constantly until bubbling. Spoon over pancakes.
