Recipe Swedish Pancakes

Crepe style pancake served with fresh berries and whipping cream. This is our favorite family recipe.
Ingredients
8 Eggs
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
1/2 T. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 T. Salt
4 T. Melted Butter
Directions
Cook on 12-14 inch griddle at 325-350 degrees for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Add in order to blender on blend (low speed).
Stop blender and scrape sides.
Continue to blend to consistent texture.
Add butter (not PAM) to fry pan and add badder to cover entire bottom of fry pan (1/8 thick max).
Cook 3-4 min each side until golden brown.
Served with butter and powdered sugar and folded over in quarters with fresh berries and whipping cream.
