The Tyee Room: Tyee means "Chief" in the Chinook Indian language. A mission style king-sized bed, arched window, original woodwork and comfortable reading chairs make this room our premier suite. Vintage Native American rugs, hand-tinted photographs and Indian Chief prints decorate the warm spaces. An adjoining modern bath has a whimsical display of antique toys and art prints.
The Herrold Room: The owner's roots on the Peninsula are most evident in the Herrold Room. Select vintage family photographs look over a pair of brass double beds. The large room easily accommodates a comfortable grouping of wingback chairs. Also featured are vintage images of Crater Lake.
A new bathroom, private to the room, is located across the hall.
George's Room: A queen size brass bed complements the bright, airy and cozy feel of this main floor bedroom. The adjacent private bath is the home's original bath and boasts a wonderful claw foot tub. In the hallway hangs a Native Button Blanket made by Catherine Herrold Troeh, member of the Chinook tribe.
