Stuffed French Toast

Stuffed French Toast. This recipe is so good that it is like a dessert.
Ingredients
- One large croissant per serving
- One egg with 2 T. half and half or milk or light wine per serving
- 1/2 slice creamy Havarti cheese
- 2 – 3 slices thinly sliced ham
- 1 slice Tilamook cheddar cheese per serving
Directions
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Slice croissant in half lengthwise.
Place bottom half in individual oval ramekin that has been sprayed with Pam.
Pour 1 serving of the egg mixture over the croissant half.
Top with Havarti, ham, and Tilamook cheese.
Place top of croissant over layers and cover with ramekin top that has been sprayed with Pam.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, remove top of ramekin, sprinkle croissant with chopped pecans and brown sugar.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with warm maple syrup.
