Leavenworth's most unique Bed & Breakfast is nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, surrounded by nature and located on a private road with amazing views of the orchards below and the mountains across the valley, yet located only minutes from downtown Leavenworth.  Designed and built as a Bed & Breakfast, many details were incorporated to provide you the utmost in privacy & luxury.

Privacy:  We're located on a private, dead-end road so there is no traffic.  Our property is adjacent to wilderness lands, and there is nothing behind us but unbroken forests & mountains.  It is very quiet and peaceful here.   Each room has it's own private, keyed entrance, so you can come and go as you please - no tip toeing through anyone's living room to get to your room!  The rooms have extra insulation and soundproofing installed, so not only can you not hear anyone else, but they can not hear you, either!  You wind up with the ultimate sense of peace and tranquility.

Luxury:  We opened in July of 2009, so not only is everything brand new, but we spared no expense to provide the very best.  The bathrooms have heated stone floors and a rain shower with pebblestone flooring.  The towels are the famous Turkish Bath brand, thick and heavy.  The bath products are Bath & Body Works.  The furniture is custom-built here in Washington State, with a rugged but elegant Mission style theme.  There is a flat screen HDTV that rises automatically from the foot of your bed, where you can watch high definition television via our fiber optic cable that includes HBO, HBO2 and Cinemax.  Very unique!  Each room has a beautiful floor to ceiling river rock gas fireplace that goes on at the flip of a switch.   The outdoor hot tub has amazing views, and at night you can see the Milky Way as you relax in the soothing waters.

Comfort:  We receive compliments all the time for our mattresses and pillows, as well as our luxurious 600 thread count sheets & pillow cases.  We have plush leather furniture for you to relax on, plus comfortable throws and games for couples (backgammon, scrabble, cribbage, Yahtze, etc.).  Each room has a private outdoor patio, so in warmer months we have padded chairs with table and umbrella, plus hanging flower baskets and flower pots bursting with color.  You can sit outside and soak up the sunshine, and listen to the migratory birds and multiple variety of hummingbird species that roost here all season.

The Breakfast:  Our guests rave about our breakfasts all the time, and they are all created from scratch by Rochelle.  Some of the things she offers include Smoked Salmon Quiche, Irish Corned Beef Hash, Banana Oatmeal Pancakes, Crossaint French Toast and numerous home baked muffins and of course, cookies each evening.  Since we live in an agricultural area, during summer and fall we provide local fruits from our neighbor's orchard down the road.  The fruit is picked fresh each day and includes peaches, nectarines, cherries, plums, apricots, pluots, apples and pears.

Our Hospitality:  We love what we do, and it shows in our hospitality.  We love meeting new people and making new friends, and we especially love welcoming back returning guests, which started happening much faster than we anticipated!   We love the town we live in and the area of the country we find ourselves so blessed to be located, so it's fun to share that with guests.  Upon arrival, you are greeted with a warm smile and a nice glass of wine or a cold beer to help you get started on your relaxation.  We know the area well, so we always have recommendations for lunch & dinner, and can even make reservations for you.  We have menus from selected local restaurants to assist you with your dining choices.  We can also provide guidance on local attractions, festivals and outdoor activities all year long.
