Location: Bosch Garten Bed & Breakfast is nestled in the foothills on the eastern slope of North Central Washington in the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth, WA, approximately 2-1/2 hours from the Seattle area by vehicle via Interstate 90/Snoqualmie Pass and Highway 97/Blewett Pass or Highway 2/Steven’s Pass. Visitors have the option of flying into East Wenatchee, Washington State’s Apple Capital, located southeast about 30 minutes from Leavenworth. The third and newest option for travel to Leavenworth is via Amtrak with daily stops at the new station with shuttle service to the Village and our accommodations. Leavenworth is in Region 3 of the Cascade Loop Scenic Highway 

Things to Do: Many activities abound throughout the area where you can enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the four seasons.  Sports enthusiasts can take in biking, hiking, rafting, golfing, fishing, cross country and downhill skiing/snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and sleigh rides.  Theatrical, musical and fine arts entertainment are available that include Leavenworth Summer Theater, Icicle Creek Music Center, The Grunewald Guild, and Village Art in the Park. 

A variety of festivals occur throughout the year including Ice Festival, Bird Festival, Maifest, International Accordion Celebration, Sausage Festival, Wine Festival, Salmon Festival, Washington State Autumn Leaf Festival, Oktoberfest, Christkindlmarkt, and Christmas Tree Lightings, just to name a few.  Other attractions in the area include Wine Tours, Apple Country Tours, and Fruit Stands. The area is becoming well known for its wineries and many tasting rooms. 

Bosch Garten: Our B&B is located on a spacious 2/3 acre lot, east of the village in quiet, peaceful surroundings within easy walking distance to the Village of Leavenworth, making it the perfect getaway for access to shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation.  Bosch Garten offers three generous sized guest rooms located on the second level. The B&B is soundproofed for privacy. 

 Breakfast:   Full, healthy, hearty breakfasts, using ORGANIC ingredients as much as possible, are served in our formal dining room.  Freshly ground coffee, herbal teas, and juices will start your day.  Local area seasonal fruits, homemade scones and muffins, and special main entries such as our popular Apple Spice Pancakes or Asparagus Fritatta will tantalize your taste buds.  Special dietary needs are considered with advance notice.

Rooms:  All three rooms include private baths, cable TV, CD/DVD, Wi-Fi, and seating.

* Midwest Room:  The smaller of our three spacious rooms offers our guests a European King Bed that can be made up as two singles upon request (two or more night reservation required)..  You will look out at the Cascade Mountain View with access to the veranda for enjoyable outside seating during the warmer months.

* Southwest Room:  This popular corner room offers lots of natural light and lighting for relaxing reading or watching TV.  Spacious in size, two Brentwood Willow Love Seats create a social area where friends and family can gather.  One can wake up and look out to the Cascade Mountain View or sit and enjoy the scenery from the veranda just outside the sliding glass doors.  This spacious room can accommodate a third person upon request.

Northwest Room:  Our largest “suite” is perfect for a romantic getaway.  An electric fireplace completes this room for a warm, cozy stay.  Cathedral ceilings, a theme using teddy bears, two twin beds for extra guests, a rocker, and loveseat complete the Northwest atmosphere for your visit, as a couple or with friends and family..

Guest Areas:

*  Living room with propane fireplace where guests can read, play the piano, socialize, and enjoy the garden and mountain views.

*  The library with information, reading materials, games and restaurant menus.

*  Refrigerator and complimentary items centrally located on second level near guest rooms.

*  Verandas and patio for enjoying the  gardens and outdoors. 

We’ve attracted and had guests for a good number of years from all over our state, country and many parts of the world to enjoy Leavenworth, the Bavarian Village of Washington State.
