Blue Gull Inn offers warm country charm in a Victorian setting. The Inn has six whimsical guest rooms all with private baths, some with whirlpool tubs.

The Blue Gull has a light and airy feel and Country-Victorian decor, and eclectic collections just for fun!. Our historical Inn, built in 1868, is located in the charming Uptown district of Port Townsend and we are conveniently located to shops, dinning and waterfront.

Our parlor is always available for our guests to relax and enjoy a homemade cookie or other special treat and cup of tea or coffee, read a book, chat with Innkeeper's about things to do in the area or look over the local restaurant menu's we keep on hand. Our favorite local restaraunt is Lanza's Italian!

We do a variety of full country style breakfasts each morning at 9:00, including fruit, juice and coffee. We have freshly baked breads, muffins (Pumpkin Chocolate Chip are one our favorites!) and the best scones this side of the Puyallup Fair!

Vegetarian or light eater? No problem, we serve our big breakfasts family style, always accompanied by fruit and muffins, so you may pick and choose.

We have ever changing entrees, including things like Blueberry Crepes, Pecan Praline French Toast, and South-of-the-Border Green Chili Quiche. These can be accompanied by Cajun Style hash browns, Cottage Potato casserole or Fried Grits. We like to make sure you get enough to eat before you head out for your day on the town! Warmth and hospitality await you in the large dining room with the garden view. This lovely room has a 12 foot dining table and will seat 12 to 14 people, and makes a great area for meetings, retreats and group gatherings.

Lovely, relaxing gardens and a great front porch complete with rocking chairs from the Cracker Barrel are a soothing way to spend a summer afternoon.

Goodies such as homemade cookies, cake or brownies and tea, cocoa, cider or coffee are always available in the dinning room. We also have WIFI available in the parlor and dining room.

Our rooms are individually decorated and themed. We have rooms with whirlpool tubs and hand-held showers, great for a romantic get away! We also have a room with 2 beds which adjoins to an additional room on the ground level which can accommodate up to 5 guests, and has garden access.

Port Townsend is one of three Victorian Seaports in the United States, hosting the several popular festivals each year such as the Wooden Boat Festival, Jazz Festival and the Blues Festival. Port Townsend is also a great place to base stay while visiting the Olympic Peninsula. We are 2 hours from Sea-Tac Airport, 1 hour from Port Angeles (Ferry to Victoria, B.C.), and Olympic National Park.
