Cindy's Hash Brown Casserole
Easy and delicious hearty breakfast.
- 3/4 cup Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese or cheese of your choice
- 1 package of the real shredded hash browns, thawed in microwave
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 tsp. dried herbs of choice (fresh herbs can be used too, just cut finely)
- salt and pepper to season
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
Grease 9 x 13 baking dish.
Mix together all the ingredients and put in baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes until slightly browned on top.
Yields 6-8 servings.
