Apple Cinnamon Tart Souffle

Apple Cinnamon Tart Souffle. This recipe is simple and easy to do but well liked by my guests.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. of cream cheese
  • 16 to 18 oz. (2 to 2 1/4 cups) applesauce
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35O degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes.

  2. In electric mixer, combine cream cheese (must be close to room temperature) and

  3. applesauce, spooning applesauce a little at a time until desired consistency.

  4. Sprinkle cinnamon to taste into mixer.

  5. Remove from mixer and hand-beat eggs into mixture.

  6. Grease 9-inch pie pan and pour in mixture.

  7. I use individual ramekins.

  8. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.

  9. Yields 6 servings.
