Apple Cinnamon Tart Souffle
Apple Cinnamon Tart Souffle. This recipe is simple and easy to do but well liked by my guests.
- 8 oz. of cream cheese
- 16 to 18 oz. (2 to 2 1/4 cups) applesauce
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 35O degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes.
In electric mixer, combine cream cheese (must be close to room temperature) and
applesauce, spooning applesauce a little at a time until desired consistency.
Sprinkle cinnamon to taste into mixer.
Remove from mixer and hand-beat eggs into mixture.
Grease 9-inch pie pan and pour in mixture.
I use individual ramekins.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
