Stoltz House Croissants
Ingredients
- 6 Croissants
- 6 slices smoked ham
- 1 1/4 C. orange marmalade
- Softened cream cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 1/4 cups half and half
- 3 oz. orange juice
Directions
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Place bottom halves of sliced croissants in a Pam sprayed 12” x 9” pan.
Combine marmalade with orange juice and spoon over bottoms reserving a little for later; top with shaved smoked ham.
Spread cream cheese over top half and place on top.
Mix eggs, half & half, and almond extract. Pour over croissants.
Spoon on remaining marmalade mixture; refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 45 minutes before baking.
Put in oven and bake. Garnish with fruit. Serves 6.
